I consult with product management teams in startup and enterprise organizations to create a culture that values customer outcomes over feature outputs. Previous clients include REI, IHG, BP, Adidas, and others.
Formerly, I held lead and executive product roles at Mozilla, Simple, Thunderhead, and CartHook.
I've built a few startups too — I founded the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer training platform Cram Session (acquired), co-founded the location-based service Shizzow, and founded the HIPAA-compliant food and symptom journal Tummy.
For my current side project, I write about and photograph making sausage and bacon from scratch at Meat Club.
I live in London with my wife and daughter — they're the bee's knees.
